Lily Tomlin Weds Longtime Partner Jane Wagner
It's official! Lily Tomlin and Jane Wagner are married, and have the ringy dingy to prove it!
Chicago Tribune writer Liz Smith slipped the happy news midway through a recent column recapping her New Year's Eve celebrations.
"Lily Tomlin and her love, the writer Jane Wagner, got married on the eve of 2014," wrote Smith. "My wish is that their happiness will be as great as their combined talents."
Tomlin dropped a hint about the winter nuptials a few months ago when she told E!, "We're talking about it. I think December, I'm off. I have no obligations at the moment."
Lily, 74, and Jane, 78, met forty-two years ago while collaborating on the Grammy-winning comedy album, “This Is a Recording.”
