Reality star Kim Kardashian looks smoking hot in fiancé Kanye West's new “Bound 2” video (see the uncensored version here!), but is her sexy bod and nearly 50-pound weight loss a result of the Atkins diet, or something else?

As Life & Style reports that the 33-year-old used cosmetic surgery to enhance her post-baby looks, Kim tweeted the rumors she was photoshopped in the vid (see a breakdown of the 14 times she's naked in the video) are completely "false."

Kim wrote, "I am very frustrated today seeing reports that I got surgery to lose my baby weight! This is FALSE. I worked so hard to train myself to eat right & healthy, I work out so hard & this was such a challenge for me but I did it!!! I'm so proud of my accomplishment & NO ONE will take this away from me with fake reports! Say what u want about me but I work hard & am the most disciplined person u will ever meet!"

Those curves are real, says a source at HollywoodLife.com. “She wanted to get in shape before filming. Kanye had been begging her for a while to do something with him. She is not photoshopped!”

They might be real, but did she get a little help along the way? An L&S insider says Kardashian has been secretly seeing Dr. Simon Ourian, a Beverly Hills cosmetic plastic surgeon, at the discreet Epione clinic.

The mag claims her $5,000 pick-me-up sessions, include “fillers, stretch-mark treatments and a fat-reducing ultrasound procedure on her stomach.”
