'Epic' Video! Jean-Claude Van Damme Does the Splits Between Two Trucks
Jean-Claude Van Damme has still got it, and he's doing the splits between two Volvo trucks to prove it.
The new “Epic” ad shows Jean-Claude standing between the two vehicles, balancing on the rear-view mirrors, as they race down the highway in reverse.
In the voiceover, the 53-year-old says, "I've had my ups and downs. My fair share of bumpy roads and heavy winds. That's what made me what I am today. Now I stand here before you. What you see is a body crafted to perfection."
Slowly the trucks begin to move apart until he is full-on doing a split!
The narration continues with Van Damme saying, "A pair of legs engineered to defy the laws of physics, and a mind-set to master the most epic of splits."
Enya's “Only Time” in the background makes the whole scene that much more mind blowing.
At the end, a message pops up on the screen explaining, “This test was set up to demonstrate the stability and precision of Volvo Dynamic Steering.“
