Emmys Fashion: Sofia Vergara Wore $7 Million in Jewels
“Modern Family” star Sofia Vergara looked red hot in her Vera Wang gown, which she accented with stunning jewelry from Lorraine Schwartz, worth $7 million!
Vergara's platinum earrings, set with rubies, sapphires and Colombian emeralds, weighed in at a whopping 100 carats. The actress then added a 40-carat Colombian emerald-and-diamond ring and a 21-carat Asscher-cut diamond ring to cap the ensembled.
Although the oft-nominated Vergara lost once again, this time to a surprised Merritt Weaver for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy, “Modern Family” picked up its fourth Emmy for Best Comedy Series.
