Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth Unafraid to Be Seen at 'Paranoia'
The last time Miley Cyrus and fiancé Liam Hemsworth walked a red carpet together it was June 2012… back when Miley still had hair. That all changed on Thursday, when the twosome hit the “Paranoia” premiere in L.A.
All eyes were on Miley and Liam, who were dressed to the nines. Miley wore a leather patchwork dress from Proenza Schouler's Spring 2013 collection. She accessorized the look with white Celine pumps and a Chanel purse.
Hemsworth, who plays the lead opposite Amber Heard in the drama/thriller, wore a sexy BOSS suit for the film debut.

Over the past year, the couple has dialed it down when it comes to discussing each other and their engagement, after rampant rumors spread that the relationship was in trouble.
“Paranoia” hits theaters nationwide on August 16.
