Taylor Swift Celebrates Birthday with Harry Styles
Taylor Swift is on a birthday getaway with supposed boyfriend Harry Styles, celebrating the big 2-3 today in a lake house in Lake Windermere, England.
The two, who deny a romance, yet hold hands in public, escaped to the Lake District of Bowness-on-Windermere. They have already been spotted feeding swans and dining on “traditional English food” at a local bar on Tuesday.
The manager of Rising Sun pub told People, “[Taylor] was polite and pleasant – fantastic. She is just having a nice tour of England. They were like any typical group of people having dinner. Everyone thinks they are a couple, but to be honest, we had no sense of that at all.”
The next day, they were spotted at the World of Beatrix Potter store. Owner Andy Poole described Taylor as “nice and charming” and revealed, “They were dancing around to the seasonal music being played. Harry was being the most boisterous. They didn't give any impromptu concert, no!”
Topping off Taylor's big day was an “unexpected present” from the Golden Globes. Swift's “Hunger Games” tune “Safe and Sound” received a Best Original Song nomination.
She said in a statement, “Writing music for 'The Hunger Games' was a labor of love – I was a fan of the stories and the characters, and we all wanted the music to have an authenticity that matched the tone of the movie and the emotions expressed in the book.”
