Paula Abdul Celebrates 50th Birthday with 'Extra'
“Extra’s” Terri Seymour headed to the Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas for Paula Abdul’s 50th birthday bash!
Seymour talked with Abdul about what advice she’d give new “X Factor” judge Britney Spears.
Abdul said, “I really don’t think that someone who has gone through the ups and downs needs to take advice from anyone other than that she should trust their own gut.”
As for what she is currently working on, Paula is in Russia to do a concert for children’s charities, and is writing a book.
It’s about having a wonderful perspective on your body and your health for women,” explained Abdul.
Paula also said she’ll never stop mentoring others. “It’s one of my most favorite things to do.”
