Paris Jackson Reveals She's Been Bullied
Oprah Winfrey's exclusive, one-on-one interview with Paris Jackson aired Sunday. The 14-year-old talked about her early childhood, memories of her dad, Michael Jackson (who died three years ago June 25) -- and how she has dealt with bullying.
Paris switched from homeschooling to attend high school, and encountered some bullying. "People have tried [to bully], but it doesn't always work," Paris told Oprah in the interview that aired on "Oprah's Next Chapter.” "At school… and some people try to cyberbully me. They try to get to me with words, but that doesn't really work."
When asked by Winfrey if she thought her peers were jealous, Paris said: "Maybe, I don't know."
Mostly, a very cool and poised Paris talked about her dad and how much she still thinks of him. "I just like, remember something, and I smile," the teenager said.
