Giuliana and Bill Rancic: Expecting First Child via Surrogate
E! News anchor Giuliana Rancic and her entrepreneur hubby Bill Rancic are expecting their first child, reports E! News.
The Rancics revealed on the "Today" show Monday that their baby is due late summer via gestational surrogate, meaning the child will carry their genes.
The 37-year-old "Fashion Police" co-host told E! News, "We are so thrilled that our prayers have been answered. We are absolutely ecstatic to be sharing this with everyone who has been following our journey."
The two have documented their difficulties in getting pregnant on the Style Network reality show "Giuliana & Bill," including Giuliana's devastating miscarriage in 2010.
Guilana told "Extra's" AJ Calloway last year, "With a face like this [indicating her husband] you have to have a little Rancic... I have to have a little Rancic, honey."
Giuliana revealed her breast cancer diagnosis on the "Today" show in October and returned to E! News late December after undergoing a double mastectomy.
