Kris Humphries to Kim K: Need to Know How Much Money We Made
Kris Humphries wants his estranged wife Kim Kardashian to show him how much money was made during their 72-day marriage.
The NBA player's attorneys filed a "Notice of Fiduciary Duty and Remedies for the Breach of the Fiduciary Duty," obtained by "Extra," asking the court to reinforce the fact Kim has "a duty of highest good faith and fair dealing" to her former spouse, and that "neither shall take any unfair advantage of the other."
Humphries' lawyer also takes issue with Kim donating the value of the wedding gifts to charity.
The legal docs highlight a portion of the family code that states that "a spouse may not make a gift of community personal property, or dispose of community personal property for less than fair and reasonable value, without the written consent of the other spouse."
