'Extra' Raw! Ginnifer Goodwin's Dream Come True
Actress Ginnifer Goodwin talked about her role as Snow White in the new hit TV series, "Once Upon a Time," while at The Grove with "Extra's" Renee Bargh.
Goodwin said she always wanted to portray a Disney princess, and as a child she "was obsessed" with Snow White. As an adult, she gets "to be Snow White, ride horses, and sword fight," she exclaimed.
"Once Upon a Time" focuses on "all of the fairytale characters that you know and love, but they have been cursed into forgetting who they are, what they want, who they love, and chaos ensues." Her Snow White "thinks that she's this insecure schoolteacher who puts obstacles in her own way. She always finds ways to push away Prince Charming. Our story is about their trying against all odds to come together."
