As the queen of daytime talk ends her 25-year run of "The Oprah Show" on May 25, speculation about who will appear as the final guest included boyfriend Stedman Graham, Tom Cruise, Dr. Phil McGraw, Jennifer Aniston and Gabrielle Giffords.
