'Extra' Recreates Jennifer Lopez's High-End Looks for Less
At The Grove on Friday, trendy fashionista Jennifer Lopez glittered in gold, wearing a sequined jumpsuit with a black bow wrapped around the waist. Mario Lopez pointed out that many viewers tune in to "American Idol" just to see what amazing outfit the megastar is sporting.
"So we're gonna have a quick little fashion show right now, where people can steal Jennifer's look for less. And we have stylist Jamie Krell, who's gonna break it down for us," Mario explained.
Partaking in the mini-fashion show were former "Idol" favorite Pia Toscano and reality star Audrina Patridge. Toscano and Patridge, along with a few other models, replicated a few of Jen's looks with similar, inexpensive knockoffs.
Toscano strutted down the red carpet wearing a $29 zebra-print jumpsuit inspired by the Robert Cavalli number worn by Lopez on "Idol." Audrina wore a $450 Intermix leopard print dress and belt for $50, a steal compared to Jennifer's high-end $2,500 dress.
After watching the fashion show, J.Lo commented, "So it can be inexpensive to look pimp!"
