Jaime Pressly Charged in DUI Case
Actress Jaime Pressly has been charged with driving under the influence, following her January 6 arrest.
The "My Name is Earl" star had a blood alcohol content of .08, People.com reports. Pressly is also facing two other misdemeanor charges. The arraignment is scheduled for February 7.
Pressly has also filed for divorce from her husband of just over a year, lawyer Simran Singh.
