Wesley Snipes Ordered by Judge to Surrender
Actor Wesley Snipes was ordered Friday by U.S. District Court Judge Hodges to turn himself in to authorities to begin serving a three-year prison sentence for tax crimes.
Snipes and his attorneys have been appealing ever since the actor was found guilty in 2008 of three misdemeanor counts of failure to file his income tax returns, but Hodges denied their request for a new trial.
