Did Joe Jackson Use Tough Love?
The Jackson family patriarch admitted on "Oprah" that he didn't regret hitting his kids when they were growing up.
When Oprah asked Joseph Jackson if he "beat" the children, estranged wife Katherine told him, "You might as well admit it. That's the way black people raised their children. He used a strap."
Jackson acquiesced, saying he had no regrets, adding, "It kept them out of jail and kept them right."
