Tom Cruise Talks J.Lo Dance and Les Grossman Flick
Tom Cruise's show-stopping performance with Jennifer Lopez at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards had everyone talking, and now "Extra's" AJ Calloway finds out how it all came to be.
Making a promotional stop in Seville for his film "Knight and Day," Cruise told AJ, "She [Lopez] is brilliant. I called her when we were working on it and I said, 'Do you wanna do this?' and I barely finished the sentence and she started laughing."
Channeling his alter-ego, Les Grossman, Tom said that Jennifer wanted to see him perform her famous cane dance. "She can dance. That woman is fierce," Cruise said of performing with J.Lo. "She just made it so much fun. We had a blast doing it."
As Cruise gears up for the Les Grossman film, he won't give away any secrets as to what the audience can expect. "We gotta wait. Who knows what Les is gonna do?"
