Since Judge Marsha Revel ordered Lindsay Lohan to put her partying days on the back burner and a SCRAM on her ankle, the actress has a lot of free time on her hands.
Lindsay spent almost 10 hours at the Andy LeCompte Salon in West Hollywood on Tuesday changing her dark black locks back to blonde.
After leaving the salon, the 23-year-old starlet met up with friends at the Chateau Marmont hotel, where she reportedly sipped on water all night.
