Sam Worthington Weighs in on 'DWTS'
"Clash of the Titans" star Sam Worthington thinks "Dancing with the Stars" contestant Buzz Aldrin is the true Titan.
"How can you compete with someone like Buzz? He bloody walked on the moon!" the Aussie actor told "Extra" at the film's L.A. premiere, jokingly adding how he is on the phone with him every day, telling him to stay on. "It's killing my bank account."
Not that Worthington has to worry too much about a dwindling bank account, having starred in the mega-blockbuster "Avatar" and now "Titans" -- the 3-D redo of the 1981 cult classic.
Original "Titans" star Harry Hamlin and wife Lisa Rinna also attended the premiere, where he talked about how the new technology compares with the original's special effects, created by effects master Ray Harryhausen. "Thirty years ago, I said these effects could be better," Hamlin joked.
"Clash of the Titans" charges into theaters this Friday.
