Cornell McClellan tells Women's Health he began working with Michelle Obama in 1997, and the two perfected the "arm-shaping superset!"

The superset includes tricep pushdowns and hammer curls. Perform one set of tricep pushdowns using a straight bar attached to the high pulley of a cable station. Without resting, follow with a set of hammer curls using dumbbells. Repeat two to three sets of both exercises.
