"Idol" finalist turned county singer Josh Gracin revealed to People magazine deprivation diets worked short-term, but he would gain all the weight back. The 28-year-old confessed he would avoid some of his favorite foods and exercise more. "Do I have cupcakes all the time? No," he says. "But as far as meat, eggs, and cheeses? If you work out, it's okay."
Kimberly Caldwell tells ifitandhealthy.com she lost 20 pounds and says, "I just want to be in shape." The 27-year-old trained with Carly Marino -- and now she enjoys working out!
