Michelle Obama: My Marriage Isn't Perfect
President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle have become role models for the perfect American family -- and while the First Lady admits her marriage "isn't perfect," it comes pretty close!
Mrs. Obama stole the show last night during the President's address to Congress. Michelle was cool and collected in a sleeveless purple Narciso Rodriguez dress -- an outfit that yielded the approval from the fashion community today!
"She's not afraid of bold colors," reps from People magazine told "Extra." The mag has an intimate look at Michelle's first month at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue... and so far, for the Obama family, it's been the same life in a different house. "Most nights the president is home, not just to have dinner, but to tuck the girls in at night."
Obama has also been squeezing in quality time with his wife! The first couple exercises together to relieve stress. Michelle is having "girls night" movie screenings with her gal pals -- they recently saw "He's Just Not That Into You."
Michelle admits that her marriage "isn't perfect" -- and that even her hubby has insecurities. "You know, yes, I'm sure he does," confessed Michelle. "I'm not going to share them with you, but yes."
Life in the White House comes with the cost of security, Secret Service, and hordes of cameras wherever you go -- and Mrs. Obama admits there are a few things she misses from life before the presidency -- like trips to Target!
"American Idol" remains the First Lady's guilty pleasure, and she admits to being fascinated by celebrity couples -- she specifically can't wait to meet Will Smith and his wife, Jada.
"Extra" fans were in a frenzy about which dog the Obama family should pick, and Michelle admits that she's leaning toward a Portuguese Water dog. Sasha and Malia have offered input on the future pup's name -- and so far, the frontrunners are Frank and Moose.
