'I Kissed the Floor'
Katy Perry performed her mega-hit "I Kissed a Girl" during the Latin America MTV Video Music Awards in Guadalajara, Mexico last night. As if her sexy singing weren't enough, the beauty topped her performance with a belly flop into a giant cake! Before tossing to commercial, Perry fell flat on her behind in front of the live audience -- and the viewers at home!
