Britney Scores with 'Womanizer'
Brit's first single from her highly anticipated "Circus" album already has a million YouTube hits, shot to number one on iTunes, and the "Womanizer" video even has segments that are too hot for ABC to handle!
"Extra" has the video with the fully naked opening scene you didn't see on "20/20" -- featuring model Brandon Stoughton, who plays Britney's boy toy in the spicy video.
