Princess P Has Pea in Pod
Former "American Idol" contestant Paris Bennett, 19, is preggers and due to deliver a girl this fall, reports the Minneapolis Star Tribune, making five generations in her musical family.
The baby daddy is choosing to "not to be in the public eye" and has not been named, but they plan to marry. Queen Latifah may attend the August baby shower. Miss Bennett will name the girl Egypt, according to her MySpace page.
The big-voiced Princess P will be 20 when the baby arrives -- and her mother, Jamecia Bennett, is overjoyed, saying, "I'm proud of how she did it. I was 16 when I got pregnant... she has a ring!"
Paris' grandmother is R&B/Gospel star Ann Nesby.
