Yes, if there's any truth to the engaging rumor that he's shopping for rings! Rumors are swirling that Justin, 26, was just spotted shopping at Tiffany & Co.
The two have been linked for more than a year, but they've kept mum about their relationship. In September during a taping of Oprah Winfrey's show, Justin would only say, “I'm dating someone,” adding coyly, "but all I can tell you is she smells lovely."
