Delta Burke Checked Into Clinic For Depression
"Extra” has new information about Delta Burke's reported decision to check into a psych ward. “Extra” has learned that Burke periodically checks herself into a clinic to adjust her medication for depression.
The "Designing Women" star, 51, is allegedly seeking help in her battle against depression and obsessive compulsive disorder, a battle she's opened up to "Extra" about in the past.
“We all have our burdens and our trials,” she told us in 2002. "I talk a lot more about the depression and the panic attacks because I feel people are really suffering with that.”
Delta's decision to check herself in was first reported by TMZ.com.
