Brandy Sued for $50 Million over Deadly Crash
Brandy is being sued for $50 million by the parents of the woman killed in a car crash involving the R&B singer.
“Extra” obtained a copy of the court papers, which were filed Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
The California Highway Patrol recommended on Monday that Brandy be charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter.
In December, Brandy hit a car from behind which spurned a 5-car accident on L.A.'s busy 405 freeway, in which a mother of two was killed.
