Cheryl Burke Slams Headlines That Say She’s Too Skinny
“Dancing with the Stars” pro Cheryl Burke joined “Extra’s” Mario Lopez at Universal Studios Hollywood as guest co-host, where she spoke candidly about headlines saying she’s lost too much weight and has had plastic surgery.
Burke recently celebrated her 30th birthday in Mexico and posted pics from her vacation, which sparked the backlash. She told Mario, “For me, like any woman, my weight fluctuates. Either I’m too fat for some people, and now I’m too skinny, but honestly I feel great. I’m healthy, exercising and eating right. I mean there’s no secret.”
Cheryl slammed rumors she has had surgery and lip injections. “I’ve never done anything to my face. I’ve always had naturally big lips... I actually got bullied for my lips when I was a little girl. This is just natural. I have to say my mom has great genes, and I’m Asian. I have good skin.”
As for next season of “DWTS,” Burke revealed there may be some more changes. “We might go back to two nights, that’s the rumor on the streets, maybe for a few weeks, or maybe a fourth judge. I know Len Goodman is traveling back and forth, so he may miss a few weeks.”
