With the New York City Marathon just days away, "Extra's" super fit host Mario Lopez met with eight-time Olympic skating competitor Apolo Ohno and NYC yoga teacher Hilaria Thomas for some last-minute pointers.
As Mario practiced stretching, he was surprised by Hilaria's boyfriend, Alec Baldwin, who informed Lopez, "[The marathon is] a huge event here in the city... crowds of people rooting for you."
The "30 Rock" star added, "At the finish they give you those Mylar blankets and you thought you were at an earthquake... like there's been a disaster."
Alec, who has expressed interest in possibly running for New York City Mayor, revealed, "I'll run for mayor after I unpack all my boxes in my new apartment... in three years."
Cheer for Mario as he runs 26.2 miles in the ING New York City Marathon, taking place Sunday, Nov. 6!
