Jamie Lynn Spears Gets Marriage License… and the Wedding Is Soon, Y’all!
Britney Spears' little sister Jamie Lynn Spears and fiancé James Watson have obtained a marriage license in their native Louisiana, “Extra” confirmed, and the two are reportedly tying the knot on Friday.
The two have been engaged for a year. This will be the first marriage for Spears, who was formerly engaged to her 4-year-old daughter Maddie's father, Casey Aldridge. They split in 2010.
After taking time off to be a full-time mom, Jamie Lynn has been easing back into recording and touring, releasing the single "How Could I Want More" in November and appearing with her big sis on the Britney Jean track "Chillin' with You."
