Will Brad Pitt Be Prosecuted for Private Jet Incident?
TMZ reports that Brad Pitt most likely won't be prosecuted for his alleged altercation with son Maddox on a private plane.
Since there are multiple accounts of what happened on the private plane, sources say it's impossible to prove that Brad intentionally hurt Maddox, 15.
The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services was also unable to find any physical injuries on Maddox's body.
Its hard to determine what led to the alleged confrontation, but what is clear… Brad and Angelina's prenup, which spells out who would get what in case of divorce. During their 12 years together, they purchased 12 properties, seven owned by Brad, two owned by Angie, and three that are jointly owned.
TMZ claims that figuring out the custody of the children will be more of a problem than splitting up their properties. In her divorce filing, Angelina asks for physical custody of the kids with Brad having visitation rights. He will reportedly fight for joint physical custody.
Certified family law specialist Lynn Soodik, who does not represent Brad or Angelina, recently sat down with “Extra” to explain how a prenup will affect both parties, along with what could happen in their custody battle. Watch the video!
Just a month before the filing, Angelina was spotted buying toys for their kids at the Beverly Center mall in Los Angeles. A source told People, "She looked very thin and very tired. She kept her sunglasses on and kept biting her lip like something was bothering her.”
The insider added, "She filled a shopping basket with toys for both boys and girls. She was very quiet and only said 'thank you' after she paid.”
