Baby Bombshell! Brad Pitt Was Nearly Asked to Be a Sperm Donor for Melissa Etheridge
Brad Pitt's brood could have been even bigger!
It turns out rocker Melissa Etheridge and her ex, Julie Cypher, came close to asking the actor to be their sperm donor back in the '90s.
Etheridge dropped the bombshell on Australia's "Studio 10," explaining why she didn't end up going with the heartthrob, who was with Jennifer Aniston at the time.
“He was such a good friend and we did consider it,” she said, adding, “I looked and I saw how badly he wanted children and I thought, 'I don't want to share this with someone who really wants children because my children don't need another parent. They have two.'”
The singer said her teens joke about it. “My son said, 'I could have been amazingly handsome.'”
The couple eventually chose David Crosby, of Crosby, Stills & Nash, to father their two children Bailey and Beckett.
Brad now has six kids with wife Angelina Jolie.
