Luke Perry Dead at 52
Less than a week after suffering a massive stroke, actor Luke Perry has passed away at age 52.
TMZ reports Perry died at St. Joseph's Hospital in Burbank Monday morning.

Last week, Perry was sedated after being admitted at the hospital. Doctors were hoping that his brain would recover from the stroke, but the damage was too extreme, according to TMZ.

“Extra” spoke with Dr. Armand Dorian, Chief Medical Officer at USC Verdugo Hills Hospital (who has not treated Perry), and he explained what can happen after a stroke.
Perry was known for his roles on “Beverly Hills, 90210” and “Riverdale.”
