'Real Housewives' Star Kim Richards Arrested! All the Details
Kim Richards was arrested at the Beverly Hills Hotel in the wee hours Thursday morning after the staff called police reporting a possible fight and an intoxicated female causing a disturbance at a restaurant on the site (likely the famous Polo Lounge).
According to the police report, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star was being escorted off the property when she asked to use the restroom. She then refused to leave. When the cops arrived, they entered the bathroom and took her into custody.
The report says, “Ms. Richards was displaying symptoms of alcohol intoxication including slurred speech and belligerent insolent behavior cursing at the officers and passively resisting arrest.”
Authorities took her to jail, where she allegedly kicked an officer in the leg.
She was charged with public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer and battery on an officer.
Kim was issued a citation and released at 10:30 AM. She is due to appear at LAX Superior Court on May 10, 2015.
News of the arrest comes after the three-part “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” reunion special in which Lisa Rinna accused Kim of falling off the wagon.
