Mac Miller’s Cause of Death Revealed

Two months after his sudden passing, more details have been released about rapper Mac Miller's death.

TMZ reports Miller died from a lethal cocktail of fentanyl, cocaine, and alcohol.

The L.A. County Coroner released the toxicology report, noting “mixed drug toxicity” as the main reason for his death, which was ruled an accidental overdose.

According to the report, Miller's assistant found him unresponsive in a "praying position" with his face resting on his knees. There was blood coming out of his nose. An empty bottle of alcohol and a bottle of prescription drugs were found on the scene. A rolled up $20 bill with white powdery residue was also found in his right pocket.

In September, “Extra” obtained the 911 call, on which Miller's friend pleaded for the dispatcher to “please hurry” with help. The caller was heard crying on the phone, but the call dropped before the dispatcher was able to get more details.

According to TMZ, Miller was dead for hours before his body was found in his home, where he was pronounced dead on the scene by police and paramedics.
