Jennifer Aniston Clarifies Her Stance on Dating
On Friday, Jennifer Aniston was honored at Variety's Power of Women event for her philanthropy with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
“Extra's” Renee Bargh caught up with Jennifer, who clarified her stance on being set up on dates after discussing dating with Howard Stern.
She emphasized, “I don't like to know that I'm being set up.”
Aniston pointed out that she prefers it to be “more organic.”
When asked if she would have a go at online dating, Jennifer smiled and replied, “I don't think I'm gonna be doing that anytime soon.”
Jennifer also dished on her upcoming project, Apple TV's “The Morning Show,” in which she plays a morning-show anchor in the cutthroat world of a.m. TV.
Does the show reflect this week's headlines regarding Matt Lauer, and the #MeToo movement that impacted the industry?
Jennifer said, "The show exists with or without any of that, to be honest. When #MeToo happened, of course we had to incorporate that into the story, the world... We address all kinds of topics... It all adds to the richness of the material."
As for the timing, she commented, “It's strange timing, for sure.”
