'Punky Brewster' Star Soleil Moon Frye Shows Off 42-Lb. Weight Loss
Former child star Soleil Moon Frye, who starred in “Punky Brewster,” has reached her goal weight, and she's flaunting it.
The actress revealed her 42-lb. weight loss while celebrating her 42nd birthday in Venice Beach as she dined, shopped and hung out poolside with friends.
Frye is a mom of four and a NutriSystem ambassador, and says she relied on the program after welcoming son Story, now 2. “This last year, I've been focused on keeping up with my health habits, and wanted to get those last few pounds off. I'm excited to say that I am finally at my goal weight of 42 pounds lost!”
She added, “For me, it's about feeling like my best self, and I feel better now than I did in my twenties.”
Soleil and husband Jason Goldberg are also parents to Poet, 12, Jagger, 10, and Lyric, 4.
