What Went Wrong in Channing Tatum & Jenna Dewan’s Marriage?
Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan's split has shocked Hollywood, leaving many to wonder what happened?
A source told Page Six that the two separated “due to spending more time apart because of the pressure of work.”
“Channing has been working nonstop, with four movies announced for 2018 alone. It is hard on a marriage to be apart so much, especially when you have a young child. Plus Jenna is in pre-production for the movie, 'Berlin I Love You,'” the insider elaborated. “Both Channing and Jenna are devoted to their daughter and have worked hard to spend as much happy family time together, despite the problems in their relationship that the distance has seemed to magnify.”
Another pal claimed that Tatum has moved out of the Los Anglees home that he shared with Jenna and their daughter Everly. The source told People magazine, “This has been a long time coming. Like any marriage, they've had their ups and downs over the years, but they really started to grow apart within the last year.”
Rumors started swirling that there was trouble in paradise when Jenna showed up to the Vanity Fair Oscar party alone. At the time, she told reporters that he was at home with Everly.
In February, Jenna opened up about their relationship, arguing that it wasn't perfect. She told Health magazine, “When people say you guys have such a perfect life, I want to scream and tell them no one's perfect. I think there are such things as great fits. It is a great fit as long as you are growing together, and I think up until this point we've really grown together. Even if one starts to grow, the other catches up and vice versa.”
