It's been nearly three weeks since Saint's birth, but has Caitlyn Jenner seen the bundle of joy?

Rumor has it that Kris Jenner is preventing Caitlyn from seeing the baby, but GossipCop has shut down the story, saying it is completely false.

According to the Radar Online story, Kris apparently has a big impact on why Caitlyn was not able to spend time with Saint. A source revealed, “Kris is the gatekeeper on Kim's behalf when it comes to appointment times with the baby. She's in charge of who comes and goes.”

Radar claims the two exes are still at odds, even though they looked happy to see each other at daughter Kendall's debut at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in November. The source continued, “As far as Kris is concerned, Caitlyn has no business being at Kim's bedside.”

According to the insider, Kris "wants the entire family to move on and put Caitlyn behind them."

The story says that the media frenzy over Caitlyn is apparently one of the big reasons why Kris was not allowing her to see Saint. The insider shared, "Ultimately, Kim's mom will always come first and Kris has really put her foot down. She does not want Caitlyn cooing over Saint, especially if there are cameras in tow."
