Kelly Rutherford Opens Up on Custody Case and Being Reunited with Her Kids
Just days after being reunited with her children, Kelly Rutherford was back in a Los Angeles court today.
Kelly, who has been fighting her ex-husband Daniel Giersch or six years over custody for her son Hermes, 8, and daughter Helena, 6, was granted temporary sole custody for the summer.
Now she's fighting to have the case moved from Monaco to the United States. “Extra” was with Kelly as she left court during a lunch break today, where she said being reunited with her children has been amazing. “That part has been amazing, hope I don't have to spend the whole summer in court, hope I can just be with them.” When asked how today's hearing was going she stated, “I don't know, I'm being asked a lot of questions about where I live.”
Earlier in the day, “Extra” also caught up with Rutherford's attorney, David Glass, who shared some details on the time Kelly and her children have been spending together. “They spent some time in New York, they're here in L.A., they're doing all the things that they've missed about the United States together.”
