Kim Kardashian Reveals Mother’s Day Plans, Says Mom Kris Is Doing Just Fine
Kim Kardashian West chatted with “Extra's Renée Bargh at her “Selfish” book signing last night at The Grove in Los Angeles, where the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star gave Renée an update on how mom Kris Jenner is doing since news broke of Bruce's transition, and what her plans are for celebrating her second Mother's Day.
“I am actually so sad that I am going be in Brazil for Mother's Day, so we're doing something the day before,” revealed Kim. “You know Mother's Day is kind of pretty low key. I saw my daughter doing a whole arts and crafts thing... so I'm sure that she made me something really special.”
North is also working on something special for the other Kardashian moms, says Kim. “North prepared this thing for my mom and Kourtney, so North will take over for the day.”
Kim's mom Kris has been making headlines, recently shown crying over ex-husband Bruce's transition news in a promo released for the upcoming, two-part special episode, “Keeping up with the Kardashians: About Bruce,” and while Kris has still not commented publicly, Kim said her mom is doing just fine.
Kim shared, “My mom is doing really good. We're really excited, I was with Bruce yesterday, and we were just saying what an exciting time in life this is. Everyone, including my mom — we're just so happy he can be himself and happy.”
The reality TV star also says that she never imagined she would publish a book just of her selfies. “For me, I love just capturing memories, so I have a decade of so many photos and it was actually really hard to put them all in chronological order, and it really did take about ten months. I really wanted them in the right year, to figure it out, I had to research and see where I was and try to remember and Google and find out the exact year.”
Renée had to take the perfect selfie with Kim. Check out the pic below!
