Adele’s Emotional Visit to Grenfell Tower After Tragic Fire

On Wednesday night, singer Adele made a visit to Grenfell Tower in London after a fire killed 17 people and injured 74 others.
Adele and husband Simon Konecki were seen at the 24-story apartment complex, located in Notting Hill. The 29-year-old was spotted hugging and comforting those around her. Instagram user Four Mee posted pics, writing, "Just spotted @Adele and Simon Konecki visiting the Grenfell Tower, she was dressed in an abaya. Respect to both of you. #Adele #grenfelltower #simonkonecki.”

Along with Adele, singer Rita Ora was also spotted at the scene of the tragedy, sorting through sacks of donations for the victims.

She wrote on Instagram, "This is my neighbourhood I can't believe this is happening. My prayers are with everybody involved my heart is beating so fast. I used to play in that block - I want to do all I can do to help."
There is an investigation underway on the cause of the fire, which was reported in the wee hours of Wednesday morning.
