Tom Petty’s Death Certificate Released — What It Revealed

Last week, Tom Petty died suddenly at the age of 66. Now, his death certificate has been released.
His passing continues to be a mystery since the cause of death was not revealed. The cause of death was listed as “deferred” in the death certificate, obtained by “Extra.”
The document listed his death as October 2 at 8:43 p.m.
More details of his death will most likely come to light once his autopsy results are available.
TMZ was the first to report that Petty was found unconscious at his Malibu home after suffering cardiac arrest. He was eventually taken off life support after no brain activity was found.
