Mariah Carey Slays on NYE, Warms Up with Some Hot Tea
Mariah Carey was able to warm up with some hot tea, after performing in sub-zero temperatures on New Year's Eve in NYC.
The singer took the stage at “Dick Clark's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest” and wowed the crowd with “Vision of Love,” but needed a little tea to soothe her throat before launching into “Hero.”
Carey told the audience, “I was told there would be tea. Oh, it's a disaster! Okay well we'll just have to rough it. I'm gonna be like everybody else with no hot tea.”

The 47-year-old, who looked completely glam from head-to-toe, went on to slay her second song.
Mariah took to Twitter after the show with a picture of herself sipping from a mug. She let everyone know, “Found my tea!”
