Alexis Ren Suffers ‘Dancing with the Stars’ Wardrobe Malfunction

Last night, model Alexis Ren was faced with a wardrobe malfunction while performing the Argentine Tango with pro partner Alan Bersten.

During their dance number, Alan had difficulty detaching her black tutu.

After their performance, co-host Tom Bergeron commented on the mishap, saying, “We had a stubborn tutu incident there.”

Alexis quipped, “It just didn't want to come off!”

The mishap didn't seem to affect Ren's ability to dance. Judge Bruno Tonioli complimented her, saying, “The tutu got stuck, but never mind, you were prima Argentina. You've done a very, very good job.”

Carrie Ann Inaba added, “The lift and the wardrobe, not so great. Everything else was stunning. The incredible energy exchanged that you guys had, the resistance that you talked about, not only was it just between you two and bodies you matched perfectly, but the resistance within yourself… There was just so much tension and that's what the Argentine Tango is all about: Tension. And you nailed it.”

Len Goodman also had positive things to say, emphasizing, “It was a great mix of precision and passion. It is without doubt, for me, the best dance so far.”
