Kim Kardashian Dishes on Kanye West and President Trump’s Upcoming Meeting
Tonight, Kim Kardashian celebrated Tiffany & Co. at the launch of the 2018 Tiffany Blue Book high jewelry collection in New York City.
“Extra's” AJ Calloway caught up with Kardashian, who opened up on her family's political work.
Earlier today, news broke that Kanye West is headed to the White House next week to meet with President Trump. Along with being a “proud” wife, Kardashian revealed the meeting will be about “the city of Chicago and some exciting things that I feel like they have been planning, and I am really hopeful the President listens.”
Does Kardashian ever give West advice for important meetings like this? She answered, “I try to, I will try to help him communicate. I always say he isn't the best communicator, but he has the best heart. I know what he wants to accomplish… and I can't wait to see that happen.”
As for rumors they are moving to Chicago, Kim said, “I think so, we will have a few homes, we'll go back and forth, but I think that's happening.”
The reality star and makeup mogul is still working hard to help those incarcerated. “Tomorrow I am going to San Francisco to do a Google event with Alice Johnson – that's the woman I got out of prison. We're speaking at a prison reform event together.”
Of her reaction to getting Alice released, Kim revealed, “That was a really good feeling. I always say no matter what your views are, it's not about the politics, it's about the people.”
Kim stunned in custom Rick Owens and Tiffany jewelry. She gushed, “I love Tiffany's as a little girl. It's what you dream of... two days ago, I found my piggy bank, that was a Tiffany's piggy bank that my parents got me as a little girl.”
“The first Tiffany's piece that I gave my daughter was a piggy bank,” Kim added. “She says, 'Where is the money inside?' and I said, 'Oh, no, no, no, you're gonna have to earn that and it will fill up.'”
Kim noted that her kids don't get an allowance, but do help around the house. “We have a chore chart so they get prizes if their week is good.”
