Mariah Carey & Brett Ratner Spied Getting Cozy
Despite Mariah Carey and Brett Ratner denying dating rumors, the two were spotted snuggling up to one another on a yacht and celebrating Ratner's birthday together on Saturday.
Pics posted on TMZ showed the longtime friends lounging together while celebrating their birthdays in St Barts. Carey was dressed in a bikini top and cover-up, while Ratner was casual in jeans and a T-shirt.
The two were also snapped celebrating with Ratner wearing a crown and balloons in the background.
Carey celebrated her birthday on Friday, and Ratner one day later and have known each other for years and have collaborated on projects together, but have people wondering if the two are taking the next step in their relationship since Carey's husband Nick Cannon filed for divorce in December.
Three weeks ago, the duo posted some selfies from what seemed to be a ladies room from Ratner's caption, "My #Aries sister @mariahcarey in the ladies room @paramountpics."
Photos of the pop star and director continue to pop up with recent pics of them walking arm-in-arm while shopping before boarding the boat. Ratner and Carey also had dinner together before the birthday getaway with pal Courtney Love in West Hollywood.
"I love these ladies @mariahcarey and @courtneylove!" Ratner, who has directed several of the songstress' music videos including "We Belong Together," "Heartbreaker" and "Touch My Body" posted on Instagram along with a photo of Carey and Love on March 24.
Even though the two have been hanging out more lately, Ratner's rep has said any reports that Carey and Ratner are dating is "ridiculous."
