Teresa Giudice’s Dad Hospitalized

“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice's dad Giacinto Gorga has been taken to the hospital after suffering a mild case of pneumonia.

A source told Us Weekly that he is “comfortable and stable,"

Despite his trip to the hospital, Teresa will still be part of the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” reunion episode, which tapes today!

This isn't the first time Giacinto is dealing with health issues. In her fifth book, “Standing Strong,” Teresa wrote about the time she took him to the ER after he was coughing up blood. She said, “As we sat in the waiting room, which was absolutely freezing, I was rubbing his back affectionately. Just like he used to rub mine when I was a little girl and I was sick.”

Last year, Teresa was faced with the death of her mom Antonia, who died at the age of 66.

Just before news of her dad's latest hospitalization, Giudice had a meltdown on last night's episode of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.” After hearing rumors that she was cheating on husband Joe, who is serving a 41-month prison sentence, she threw a wine glass against a restaurant wall, screaming, “It's not f**king true! Are you kidding me? It's not true!”
