R. Kelly Responds to Sex Cult Rumors

Singer R. Kelly has found himself in another shocking scandal!
The 50-year-old is being accused of running a cult and holding as many as six women as sex slaves. Kelly is denying the accusations. In a statement, his lawyer Linda Mensch said, "Mr. Robert Kelly is both alarmed and disturbed at the recent revelations attributed to him. Mr. Kelly unequivocally denies such allegations and will work diligently and forcibly to pursue his accusers and clear his name.”
In a recent BuzzFeed article, some parents claimed that Kelly is holding their daughters against their will at his homes in Chicago and Atlanta. His former personal assistant Cheryl Mack told the site, "You have to ask for food. You have to ask to go use the bathroom… [Kelly] is a master at mind control... He is a puppet master.”
The parents of Jocelyn Savage held a press conference on Monday, accusing R. Kelly of “brainwashing" their 21-year-old. Jocelyn's mom said, “She says anything that he asks her to say. She's not the same Jocelyn that we knew… We just want him to release her and go on with her life.” Watch!
A former member of his entourage, Asante McGee, also spoke at the press conference, saying, “I have witnessed and participated in acts that I did not agree with… I was always defending him until I got behind closed doors.”
Jocelyn denied her parents' claims in a new video obtained by TMZ. She said, "I'm 21, I'm about to be 22 in a few days, and I just mainly want to say that I am in a happy place with my life and I'm not being brainwashed or anything like that.”
She added, "It just came to a point where it definitely has got out of hand. I'm totally fine. I'm happy where I'm at and everything is okay with me.” She refused to answer questions about whether was free to come and go from the house in which she was staying.
This isn't the first scandal for Kelly, who has been accused of having sex with underage girls. One case was settled out of court, and he was acquitted of child pornography charges after a sex tape surfaced of him with another allegedly underage girl.
